Returns Policies

 

1. Trover Products

When you try your new coat for size, place a cloth over your dog’s back before you put the coat on.  Trovercoats can only accept pristine, unwashed, coats for exchange. Should your dog have grown or shrunk since he was measured and you require a different size please

Return to Penny Plot Cottage, Colimbott Alderney, Channel Islands. GY9 3TU. You may use the blue postal bag turned inside out.  Also include a note stating Name, Address and why the coat/s are being returned. E.g. I need a larger red Bone Dry coat size 7 please. Your packet will travel faster if you complete and put on a customs CN22 form.Please feel free to contact me directly on 01481 823209. 2. Wombat leather hats

These products for your convenience are sent to you direct from the supplier. Any return or exchange of size must take place within 14 days of receipt of the product. Returned goods must be unused, and supplied with their original packaging. Goods, with returns forms will be refunded by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

3. GBpetbeds and Dog Doza

These products for your convenience are sent to you direct from the supplier.

For any issues requiring return, in the first instance contact toni@trovercoats.com

Beds have 6 months warranty against manufacture defects

Should the goods arrive damaged in transit please make sure that it is documented. E.g. photographed and contact toni@trovercoats.com

4. Dog Hair Day Shampoos

These products for your convenience are being sent to you straight from the supplier.

For any issues requiring return in the first instance contact toni@trovercoats.com

If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, Dog hair day must be notified within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when
purchasing the Goods.

 

5. Goods arrive damaged

If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you
should sign any applicable delivery note to the effect that the Goods have
been damaged.
