Returns Policy
If your dog has shrunk or grown since you ordered their Trover® we will
exchange or give a full refund, provided that the item is in a resalable
condition. We cannot accept goods that have been worn, washed or
damaged.
If the item is faulty please return immediately and we will exchange or refund.
Please notify us immediately of any problems and return the item (retain a
certificate of posting, a free service offered by the Post Office), explaining
the problem and requested course of action. You will be required to bear the
cost of the returning the item to us but, we will return it to you free of charge.
